Two Hospitalized After Serious Head-On Collision in Bakersfield

On Monday morning, emergency crews from the Kern County Fire Department, Hall Ambulance, and California Highway Patrol rushed to the scene of a head-on collision on China Grade Loop near Tanker Road.

The crash involved a gray Toyota SUV and a white Chevrolet pickup. A juvenile and an adult male suffered major injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital by Hall Ambulance.

The condition of the other driver in the Toyota remains unknown. The California Highway Patrol is currently investigating the cause of the accident.
