3 People Sentenced In 35th District Court

District Attorney Micheal Murray’s office issued the following press release on felony cases recently handled by Judge Mike Smith in the 35th District Court.

  • Amber Nicole Bergman, aka Amber Nicole Copher, had her probation for the felony offense of possession of a Controlled Substance revoked and sentenced to 6 years by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice’s Institutional Division.
  • Jerrod Levi Stembridge pleaded guilty to the felony count of Burglary of a Building and was sentenced to four years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice’s Institutional Division.
  • Jesse Lee Eichman, on probation for the state jail crime of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to 9 months by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice’s State Jail Division.
