Traffic Stop Leads To Apprehend Of Woman With Meth, Stolen Mail And Forged Ids In Harris County

A traffic stop on May 20, 2025, led to the arrest of 28-year-old Kaitlyn Biggs after a deputy from Constable Mark Herman’s Office uncovered drugs, stolen mail, and forged ID documents.

The stop happened in the 12600 block of Mill Ridge Drive. During the inquiry, Biggs was discovered in possession of methamphetamine, roughly 60 pieces of stolen mail, various stolen parcel items, approximately 30 stolen debit and credit cards, and several counterfeit driver’s licenses.

Biggs was arrested and taken to the Harris County Jail. She was charged with possession of a controlled substance, forgery, and fraudulent use of personally identifiable information.

The 184th District Court ordered her bond for the narcotics accusation at $15,000. She is still in detention, awaiting bond for the extra charges.
