Two teenagers and a business face potential prosecution for underage alcohol sales and consumption.
The Claycomo Police Department reported online that on May 17, an officer observed what seemed to be two minors exiting a business with a case of alcohol.
The officer spoke with the youngsters and stated that they were both 17 years old, inebriated, and in possession of marijuana. Several open beer containers, vape cartridges, a water bong, and about seven grams of marijuana were found in their possession.
