In February 2024, Cincinnati police were dispatched to an apartment on West North Bend Road after receiving a report that a youngster was unconscious and not breathing.

When first responders arrived, police reported that 1-year-old Kymari Walker had died.

Court documents indicate that investigators believe Kymani Walker had fentanyl and xylazine in his flat, which exposed the 1-year-old and led to his death.

Kymani Walker will receive credit for serving 59 days.
