Constables in Harris County arrested two men after receiving a report of indecent exposure at Lents Family Park. Constable Mark Herman’s Office reported that deputies arrived at the scene following notification of the issue yesterday.
Investigations at the park, located at 540 Cypress Station Drive, revealed the conduct of Denzell Robertson and Kristopher Clewis, who reportedly fled into a forested area for an intimate rendezvous. Although the park is public, the nature of their interaction led to their later arrest for engaging in activities that were deemed outside the norms of public decency, while issues about the context of the arrests persist among community members and civil rights groups.
Constable Mark Herman’s Office released a statement on social media explaining the conclusion of the incident: “Denzell Robertson and Kristopher Clewis were arrested and placed into the Harris County Jail for indecent exposure. Their bail was set at $100.00 each by County Court 11.
