A 48-year-old New Jersey man was killed in a crash on an Interstate 78 onramp near Newark on Thursday night, according to investigators.
Gregory Williams was driving from Routes 1 and 9 onto I-78 west just before 10 p.m. when he drifted to the left and collided with a tree.
William, of Newark, was taken to a nearby hospital, where he died from his injuries. The crash is still under investigation.
