During a routine traffic stop on Tomball Parkway, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office stopped a driver named Ashlee Mindrep. Officers saw signs of suspected impairment and issued field sobriety tests, which Mindrep failed. She was then accused of driving while intoxicated.
The inquiry discovered that Ashlee Mindrep had two prior DWI convictions in Grimes and Harris Counties, indicating a pattern of similar offenses. As a result, she now faces substantial legal penalties, with the 184th District Court setting her bond at $10,000.
Constable Mark Herman’s Office recently posted this information on Facebook. While such updates are posted on a regular basis, repeated DWI offenses continue to be a source of concern for law enforcement and the community. Police arrested Mindrep and took him to Harris County Jail.
Members of the community are encouraged to stay updated about local situations by using resources like the “C4 NOW” app, which provides real-time updates on crime, arrests, and traffic accidents.
