DAYTON — Fresh off the heels of the smash hit movie ‘The Peanut,’ Charlie Brown and Snoopy return in the fun filled musical adventure, ‘You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown,’ written by John Gordon and music by Clark Gesner.
The Northmont High School Drama Club invites the public to see the wonderful story that follows the famous Peanuts characters as they experience the joys and hardships of growing up. Join the bunch as they take a humorous look at life lessons, and learn just why Charlie Brown is such a good man.
Under the direction of Mark Barnhill, students Eric Thompson and Aaron Quick, as Charlie Brown and Snoopy, along with fellow students Asia Hill, Aleshia Hild, Jacob Mahran, Alec Avdakov, Shelby Didier, Maggie Salata, Sydney Thomas, Tyler Sartoris, and Josh Thompson form a star studded cast that bring talent and energy to an already exciting show.
The performances of ‘You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown,’ will be Thursday, February 4 at 7:30 p.m., Friday, February 5 at 7:30 p.m., and Saturday, February 6 at 2 p.m. and again at 7:30 p.m. All performances will be at Shiloh Church, 5300 Philadelphia Dr., Dayton 45415.
Tickets are $7 for adults, $5 for students and seniors, and $3 for any children under the age of 10.
