Rotary gets overview of Art Festival

ENGLEWOOD — Barb Frantz and Linda Bryan presented to the Northmont Rotary an overview of the upcoming Englewood Art Festival.

They reviewed the history of the development of the festival into its current form today, ‘in the woods.’ The Festival is scheduled for August 13 and 14 at Centennial Park. It will kick off with the 5K Race at 8 a.m. on Saturday and be followed by the Festival Parade at 9 a.m. The Artist Booths open at 10:30 a.m. The Northmont Marching Band will perform at noon on Saturday.

On Sunday, the Festival will start with the Classic Car Show at 10 a.m. and Artist Booths will open at 11 a.m. The Englewood Civic Band will play at 1 p.m. and ‘Systems Go,’ the United States Air Force Band of Flight, will entertain at 3 p.m. Admission to the Festival is free.
