DAYTON — Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home will host a free educational Lunch & Learn on Tuesday, June 28th from noon to 1 p.m. at The Golden Corral Meeting Room, 6611 Miller Lane, Dayton.
The program is open to all interested community members and will feature presenters who will speak about the importance of advance funeral planning.
“This is a topic that is so important to understand. Many families don’t realize that they have options when it comes to planning ahead, and that they can save money with a well-prepared plan,” said Steven Moore, a Funeral Prearrangement Specialist who will speak at the event. “This Lunch & Learn is an opportunity to come and gather information, enjoy a meal with friends and neighbors, and get answers to your questions about advance funeral planning in a comfortable setting.”
Participants will be able to enjoy a meal and refreshments, learn how to avoid the most common mistakes people make when it comes to planning for funeral wishes, and have the opportunity to visit with the speakers after the program.
If you wish to attend, Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home requests that community members RSVP to assist them in preparing for food, seating, and handouts. Seating is limited to the first 25 people who RSVP. To reserve your spot, contact Baker-Hazel & Snider at (937) 274-1151.
