The following information has been provided by Northmont area police departments. The information listed in this column is considered public record and is available to anyone seeking information concerning what is provided below.

For purposes of this column, the term “arrested” or “charged” does not necessarily mean the person was taken into physical custody. It could also indicate that a summons was issued to the subject in lieu of physical custody.

All the people listed as “arrested” or “charged” are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Sunday, Oct. 25

Clay Township

Report 15-2656-10: The theft of a landscape trailer containing a commercial zero turn Bobcat mower, a 21-inch Toro walk behind mower, a RedMax string trimmer and a 3 ton Craftsman floor jack was reported in the 9600 block of Arlington Road.

Monday, Oct. 26

City of Englewood

Report 15-058909: Tequila S. Miller, 25, of Dayton 45414, was charged with assault at the Englewood Inn. She was transported to the county jail.

Report 15-059022: Michael S. Hoagland, 35, of Celina, and Michelle L. Brock, 31, of Celina, were each charged with theft at Wal-Mart. Hoagland and Brock were taken into custody and transported to the county jail.

Report 15-059050: David Fox, 21, at large, was charged with criminal trespass in the 500 block of S. Main St. He was transported to the county jail.

15-059065: During a traffic stop Jalen M. Fletcher, 18, of Clayton, was charged with possession of drugs. A 17-year-old male from Clayton was charged with possession of drugs and underage possession of tobacco. A 17-year-old male from Englewood was charged with possession of drugs and no operator’s license. Fletcher was issued a court summons and released. The two male juveniles were also released. A female juvenile in the car listed as a runaway through Kettering Police was charged with obstructing official business and drug abuse. She was transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center.

Tuesday, Oct. 27

City of Clayton

Report 15-2023: Paige V. Aubry, 23, of West Carrollton, was charged with theft at Shell True North. She was taken into custody and transported to the county jail.

City of Englewood

Report 15-059166: Taylor W. Walter, 23, of Brookville, was charged with theft at Wal-Mart. He was taken into custody and transported to the county jail.

Report 15-059189: A female reported leaving her Apple iPhone 6 at Wal-Mart. She turned on her “Find my iPhone” app and discovered the phone was now in Dayton near the corner of Mercer and S. Euclid. The phone would cost $700 to replace.

Report 15-059194: The theft of three bottles of prescription medication was reported in the 100 block of Chris Dr.

Wednesday, Oct. 28

City of Clayton

Report 15-2030: Unknown subjects broke the driver’s door handle on a vehicle parked on Enesco Court and removed the stereo from the dash. The victim advised four suspicious people, two white males and two white females, were observed raking leaves in a neighbor’s yard. Another neighbor confirmed seeing the same four subjects, who appeared to be on drugs. One of the males had shoulder length, greasy hair and slight facial hair. They possibly arrived in the area in a maroon pickup truck.

Report 15-2025: Unknown subjects entered an unlocked vehicle parked in the 3900 block of Willowcreek Drive and removed the stereo from the dash and a Pioneer Bass speaker.

Report 15-2029: Unknown subjects entered an unlocked vehicle parked in the 5000 block of Seville Drive and removed a black Craftsman tool box with tools, a purse full of make-up and a purse containing nursing books and papers. The purse containing the nursing books and papers had been turned in at the police department by a citizen earlier in the day.

City of Englewood

Report 15-059360: Mary K. Embree, 37, of Dayton 45416, was charged with theft at Wal-Mart. She was taken into custody and transported to the county jail.

Report 15-059437: Douglas E. Martin, 26, of Dayton 45414, was charged with domestic violence. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Thursday, Oct. 29

City of Clayton

Report 15-2037: Breaking and entering to a detached garage was reported in the 700 block of Westbrook Road. A 1970s model Concord Pro 27-inch, 15 speed bike was removed from the garage. The victim advised a neighbor across the street had a surveillance video of a suspect that had entered their vehicle. Police responded to the neighbor’s house and observed a male subject wearing a baseball hat, a hooded sweatshirt and gloves enter the vehicle. The suspect spent 40 minutes on the property before leaving in an unknown direction.

Friday, Oct. 30

City of Clayton

Report 15-2042: A resident in the 4300 block of Linchmere Drive reported that a package delivered by UPS containing $120 worth of merchandise was removed from her front porch. She stated that this was the third time a package had been stolen from her porch.

Report 15-2041: Unknown subjects entered an unsecured detached garage in the 7900 block of Crestway Drive and removed a DeWalt XRP 18 volt drill, an Ingersoll air compressor and a Porter cable power planer.

City of Englewood

Report 15-059655: Edgar A. Gonzalez, 26, of Englewood, was charged with domestic violence. He was taken into custody and transported to the county jail.

Report 15-059759: James G. Phillips, 28, of Dayton 45415, was charged with theft at Wal-Mart. He was issued a court summons and released.

Report 15-059810: A 17-year-old male from Englewood was charged with theft at Meijer. He was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center.

Saturday, Oct. 31

City of Englewood

Report 15-060047: The theft of a lunch bag containing a set of car keys was reported at Wal-Mart by a store employee.
