CLAYTON — If you’re looking for an evening filled with comedy and laughs, then look no further than the Northmont High School Drama Club’s production of ‘Moon Over Buffalo.’
Set in 1953, Moon Over Buffalo tells the story of a family of actors as they deal with love affairs, mistaken identities, a deaf grandma, a not-so-sober lead, and a world famous director on his way to see them perform.
Written by Ken Ludwig, Moon Over Buffalo is guaranteed to entertain audiences. Due to the subject matter in the play, this production has been rated PG-13 and is not recommended for young children.
Under the direction of Ranger Puterbaugh, seniors Andrew Wood, Sydney Thomas, Shelby Gudorf, Shelby Didier, Matt Lucente, and Aaron Quick are joined by junior Allen Van Luvender, sophomores Morgan Becker and Lindsey Mutter, and freshmen Trey Hopkins to form a star studded cast. The show is also stage managed by senior Steven Willis, who is assisted by sophomore Tyler Sartoris.
The performances will be Thursday, October 29, Friday, October 30, and Saturday, October 31 at the Northmont Community Auditorium located at the Northmont High School auditorium at 4916 National Road in Clayton.
The house will open up at 7 p.m. and all performances will begin at 7:30 p.m. All general admission seats are $5 at the door.
