DAYTON – School season is just around the corner and the flood of paperwork, school supplies and new schedules that accompany it can be overwhelming. A free Dayton Metro Library program, The ABCs of Family Organization, can help families tackle the chaos together. Professional Organizer Tami Doling of Silver Linings Organizers leads the workshop, which teaches families tips and tricks to have more organized, peaceful and productive days for all.
The program takes place at the following Dayton Metro Library locations. Families are encouraged to attend together.
Monday, Aug. 3, 7-8 p.m. – Northmont Branch, 333 W. National Rd, Englewood.
Thursday, Aug. 6, 7-8 p.m. – Burkhardt Branch, 4680 Burkhardt Ave., Dayton.
Monday, Aug. 10, 7-8 p.m. – Huber Heights Branch, 6160 Chambersburg Road.
Thursday, Aug. 13, 7-8 p.m. – Brookville Branch, 425 Rona Parkway Drive.
“My goal is to give you strategies and tips on how to live in a healthier and happier environment,” said Doling. “I believe organization is about facing our ‘clutter’ and making the decision to get back to the things that are really important: our families, our children, our friends, our relationships.”
