District officials stated that they do not believe any of the alleged instances occurred on school grounds or during school hours.

Hansen had been a part of the McKinney ISD technology team since 2017 and had access to all campuses. His assigned schools were Wolford Elementary and Evans Middle School.

Hansen was immediately placed on administrative leave and is no longer permitted on district property. He was also removed from all McKinney ISD IT systems.

The district announced that they will report the event to the Texas Education Agency and Child Protective Services.

Officials have not yet revealed any information on the victims or their ages.
