Waterman named Student of the Month

BUTLER TWP. — Paige Waterman, a senior at Northmont High School, was honored as the Rotary Student of the Month for October during the Northmont Rotary Club meeting at Aullwood Farm.

She was recognized by the club for her numerous accomplishments, academic success, and service to others. On track to be a valedictorian, she is also the head drum major for the Northmont Marching Band, sings in the A Capella ensemble Catalyst, is a volunteer at Miami Valley Hospital on the oncology unit, and tutors a first grade student.

The Northmont Rotary Club meets at noon each Tuesday at Good Samaritan North Health Center, 9000 N. Main St., Englewood but on occasion meets at other sites for special events.
