ENGLEWOOD — American Legion Post 707, Englewood is proud to announce that longtime member and a past Post Commander Robert Weiler was installed as the new American Legion 3rd District Commander of Ohio.

The 3rd District comprises seven counties, 45 Posts and over 9,000 Legion members. Weiler has been very active with the District serving in all offices leading up to Commander.

In addition he has served the District as a committee leader for many years. Weiler has also continued to be a very active member at his home Post, the 707. The installation of the 3rd District Officers was held on June 29 at the American Legion Post 707.
