ENGLEWOOD — Do you lift weights and enjoy a challenge? Here is your chance to put your hard work to the test. The Fall Classic Push-Pull Meet will be held on Saturday, November 18 at the Kleptz YMCA, 1200 W National Rd., Englewood. This is a RAW Bench Press and Deadlift competition.

Registering for this competition can be a great motivator, and an effective way to hold yourself accountable to the goals you set. Whether you are already a competitive powerlifter or a beginner wanting to try something new, this is the event for you.

Divisions include: age groups, Teen 15-16, teen 17-18, open, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49,

50-54, 55-59, over 60

Weight classes for men: 114, 123, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, 275, 308, Super Heavyweight.

Weight classes for women: 97, 105, 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, Super Heavyweight.

Competitors and spectators alike will enjoy a fun filled day including some amazing bench presses and Deadlifts. Come out and see who is the strongest in the area
