ENGLEWOOD — Picnic in the Park will be held August 27 from 3-6 p.m. at Centennial Park, 321 Union Blvd., Englewood.

This is a free event for the whole family and open to everyone in the Northmont area (Englewood, Clayton, Union and Phillipsburg). There will be food, activities, live entertainment, and a chance to build relationships.

Some but not all of the activities include: pickle ball, corn hole, face painting, dunk tank (wait until you see who you have a chance to dunk!), several bouncy houses including a climbing wall and don’t forget the free food, prayer tent and the Fire & EMS vehicles from our local units. All is free and the community is invited.

Happy Corner Church of the Brethren is hosting this 2nd annual free event and asking area businesses to partner with them by choosing one of four sponsorship levels.

If you would like more information about the sponsorship opportunities, you may call (937) 836-1204 option 8 or email picnicinthepark@happycorner.org.
