Police reports from Northmont area law enforcement agencies

The following information has been provided by Northmont area police departments. The information listed in this column is considered public record and is available to anyone seeking information concerning what is provided below.

For purposes of this column, the term “arrested” or “charged” does not necessarily mean the person was taken into physical custody. It could also indicate that a summons was issued to the subject in lieu of physical custody.

All the people listed as “arrested” or “charged” are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Tuesday, Feb. 9

City of Union

Report 16-007896: Identity theft was reported in the 100 block of Warner Drive. The victim advised that after her vehicle was stolen in 2006 with her purse containing credit cards, Social Security cards and check books she has had numerous charges placed on her accounts without consent. Despite closing accounts the victim is still incurring charges. An updated police report was requested by the credit bureau dealing with the fraudulent charges.

Friday, Feb. 12

City of Union

Report 16-008492: Police responded to the VFW Post 5434 on the report of disorderly subjects. Destiny R. Elmore, 36, of West Milton and Brian K. Anderson, 46, of Phillipsburg, were both trespassed from the property.

Thursday, Feb. 18

Clay Township

Report 16-394-02: Maita M. Henriquez, 33, of Phillipsburg, was arrested on an active warrant issued by Western Division Court. She was taken into custody and transported to the county jail.

Report 16-395-02: Steven W. Gross, 23, of Englewood, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was issued a court summons and released.

Sunday, Feb. 21

City of Union

Report 16-010473: Karen S. Anderson, 58, of Union, was charged with driving while under the influence. She was issued a court summons and released at her residence.

Monday, Feb. 22

City of Englewood

Report 16-010714: Courtland B. Monaghan, 24, of Englewood, was charged with driving while under the influence, driving under suspension and failure to obey a traffic control device. He registered at .056 on a breath intoxilyzer test. Monaghan was transported to the county jail.

City of Union

Report 16-010873: A 2010 Chevy Equinox reported stolen out of Huber Heights was located in the parking lot of P&G, 1800 Union Airpark Blvd. A male subject was observed entering the vehicle. He was detained. Huber Heights Police arrived to take custody of the male. The owner of the vehicle arrived and took possession of her vehicle.

Tuesday, Feb. 23

City of Englewood

Report 16-010986: Frank A. Nagler, 77, of Englewood, was charged with domestic violence and transported to the county jail.

Wednesday, Feb. 24

City of Clayton

Report 16-405: While on patrol an officer spotted a known wanted subject walking along Heathcliff Drive. Michael J. Siehl, 35, of Clayton, was arrested on four active warrants and transported to the county jail.

Thursday, Feb. 25

City of Englewood

Report 16-011401: Iesha L. Dillard, 24, of Dayton 45416, was charged with obstructing official business and was arrested on three active warrants after failing to pay for food service at Waffle House. Dillard was transported to the county jail.

Report 16-011412: Unknown subjects broke into a vehicle parked at the Carriage House Apartments and removed a Power Acoustik Touch Screen Radio, Power Acoustik Amp and a carton of Marlboro Special Blend 100 cigarettes.

City of Union

Report 16-011162: The theft of 36 prescription pills from a coat was reported at Proctor and Gamble.

Report 16-011492: Police responded to a domestic incident in the 500 block of Merrymaid. An 11-year-old male was charged and released.

Clay Township

Report 16-455-02: Police responded to a home on Upper Lewisburg Salem Road on the report of a female subject who had intentionally overdosed on prescription heart medication. The female was transported to Good Samaritan North Health Center for treatment.

Friday, Feb. 26

City of Clayton

Report 16-424: The theft of several bottles of Febreze and a bottle of Tide detergent was reported at Dollar General. A suspect was identified via store security cameras. A female subject who left the store with the suspect later called police to provide information about the theft, but would not provide the suspect’s name. The case remains under investigation.

City of Englewood

Report 16-011698: Jaimee H. Halcomb, 33, of Englewood, was charged with control of dogs. Charges were forwarded to Vandalia Municipal Court.

Saturday, Feb. 27

City of Englewood

Report 16-011943: Carol M. Dixon, 70, of Englewood, was charged with control of dogs and registration of dogs required. She was issued a court summons.

City of Union

Report 16-011891: Daryl G. Miniard, 53, of Union, was charged with vicious dog with bite and vicious dog at large. Charges were forwarded to Vandalia Municipal Court.

Sunday, Feb. 28

City of Englewood

Report 16-012102: A 17-year-old male was charged with theft after stealing an iPhone 6 from a cubby hole at the Kleptz YMCA. Charges were forwarded to Montgomery County Juvenile Court.

Report 16-012134: Stephen P. Stanoikovich, 48, of Dayton 45414, was charged with driving while under the influence after striking a gas pump at Speedway and fleeing south on Main Street. He was transported to the county jail.

City of Union

Report 16-012151: A 14-year-old male was charged with being unruly in the 500 block of Merrymaid. Charges were forwarded to Montgomery County Juvenile Court.
