ENGLEWOOD — A new session of Yoga for relaxation will begin on Wednesday, September 2.
The five week session will be held on Wednesday’s from 6 – 7:30 p.m. Participants will experience meditation, breathing techniques, yoga postures and deep relaxation to reduce stress and enhance health and wellness. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and blanket.
